What is included in the standard monthly service fee, and does the fee apply to all of your websites?
Our standard monthly service fee includes Hosting and Updates by Request (up to 1 hour). All Website Options include monthly hosting, SSL Certificate, and website updates by Client request.

Is there a long term contract?
No, we do not lock our clients into a long term contract. We have no hidden fees or terms such as auto-renewals. You can cancel anytime by providing us a 30 day notice to discontinue our services.

How does cancellation work?
You can cancel at any time with a 30 day written notice. No long term contract and no hidden suprises. Since our templates are proprietary you may not take the website elsewhere after cancelling, any content you provided is yours to keep.

How do I pay and how does billing work?
You pay your one-time Set Up Fee and your first monthly payment when you initially sign up (before your website is launched), and every 30 days thereafter you are billed the monthly payment via credit card. Cancel anytime, no hidden fees, and no complicated contracts.

Who sets up the Website? Do I have to do the setup?
We do all of the work setting up your website. Our dedicated account manager will work with you to get all of the information and we will do all of the work on the website to ensure you receive the highest quality work so you can focus on your practice.

Do you charge a fee to make updates on the website?
We do not bill you to make website updates. All you have to do is send us an email with your requests and we will take care of it for you in a timely manner. Our monthly hosting fee covers up to 1 hr of updates.

Can my own content be added to the website?
Of course! What makes it even better is that we do it for you. You can launch the website with pre existing content or you can send us what you would like to update and we will replace it for you based on the website option you choose.
Can we implement 3rd party widgets such as Chats, Online Pay, Online Appointment forms, etc?
Absolutely. We play friendly with all 3rd party tools that help you. All we require is a link or embed code provided by the tool you are using and we will implement it for you per your request.

What about domain names?
If you have one already we can help you point it to your new website, and if you don't we can help you get one. We make every effort to make your life easy and get your new website up & running without any headaches.

Who Owns The Domain?
You will always own the domain. If you prefer, we can manage the domain, and ensure it is renewed on a yearly basis so you don't have to worry about it and you will continue to own the domain.

What about email addresses?
At this time we do not offer email or email services, but we can easily guide you on obtaining one.

Can I change my mind on the Template I chose and the color scheme after my website launches?
Sure, an additional one time fee will apply for the time we have to put on reformating your content into a new template. Also ask us about creating your very own color scheme if you are interested, (additional fee will apply).
